<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a shape in case of mold release, and to shorten molding time while easily automating molding by cooling the upper surface and lower surface of the shape by air, pushing the shape out by means of a projecting pin and extracting it. CONSTITUTION:A cope 1 and a drag 3 are mold-closed, an undiluted solution is injected, reacted and cured, and the shape 12 is formed. The cope 1 is elevated and mold-opened, air 18 is blown against the upper surface of the shape 12 from an air injector 17 mounted to the cope 1, and the shape 12 is pushed out by means of the projecting pins 13 and a clearance is shaped between the shape 12 and the inner surface of the drag 3. Air 18 is supplied through an air pocket 14, and the lower surface of the shape 12 is cooled. Accordingly, the curing of the shape 12 is advanced, the projecting pins 13 are further projected, and the shape 12 is extracted. After completion of extraction, it is preferable that a parting agent is applied, the dies are clamped, and said operation is repeated again.</p> |
