FLUID PIPE LINE SHUTOFF DEVICE

PURPOSE:To block a flow for sure and to prevent the secondary disaster by automatically sensing the change of a flow speed in a pipe when a water pipe or the like are broken and by automatically shutting off a closing valve fitted to the water pipe or the like. CONSTITUTION:When a fluid pipe line 1 is broken caused by a natural calamity such as an earthquake or the like or an accident, a vane 17 is displaced accordingly. An auxiliary selector valve 16 is switched by the displacement and air is sent from the auxiliary selector valve 16 to a secting cylinder 14a through a delay circuit 16', then the air in a secting cylinder 14b is discharged into the atmosphere through a release selector valve 15', thereby a main selector valve 14 is switched over and the air in a cylinder 8 is discharged into the atmosphere through the main selector valve 14, then an actuator 9 is operated and the closing valve 3 is kept in a closed condition and fluid discharge can be completely prevented.
