PURPOSE:To obtain a coil end support having high rigidity and reliability with good contact by providing the first and second aggregates, between which mold releasing paper is interposed at a terminal arranged between coil ends, curing resin and then striking the third aggregate instead of the releasing paper. CONSTITUTION:Mold releasing paper 305 is disposed between the first aggregate 303 and the second aggregate 304 made, for example, of epoxy glass laminate plate formed with oblique surfaces on the respective inner surfaces to expand toward one side surface side at an opposing interval, and the entirely is interposed between spongy materials 302 made, for example, of polyester non-woven fabric folded into two as a whole, thereby forming a spacer 3. After the spacer 3 is installed between the coil ends 2, resin is impregnated, and is heated and cured. Subsequently, the paper 305 is pulled from the first and second aggregates 303, 304, and the third aggregate 306 made, for example, of epoxy glass having obliqe surfaces bonded to the oblique surfaces of the aggregates 303, 304 is struck in wedge state, thereby completing the support of the coil end 2. |
