PURPOSE:To prevent pressure of a refrigeration cycle from increasing and to obtain a safeguard for an overload, which is superior in its serviceability, at a low cost, by a method wherein an operation current for an electric motor of a compressor is detected and strength of an outdoor electric fan motor is switched. CONSTITUTION:An indoor electric fan motor 6 is operated through an operation switch 2, a coil 7 of a refrigeration cycle switchover valve is electrified through an operation mode switchover switch 3, an electric motor 9 of a compressor is operated through a temperature adjuster 4 and an operation of an outdoor electric fan motor 8 is turned into a blowing operation through a relay contact point 14, through which heat operation is carried out. A total current for the electric motor 9 for compressor and the outdoor electric fan motor 8 (A current of the electric fan motor 8 can be ignored as it is extremely small compared with that of the electric motor 9.) is detected by a current transformer 10, the current of the electric motor 9 is increased when pressure of a refrigeration cycle is increased, output voltage of the current transformer 10 is increased, negative terminal voltage of a comparator 11 becomes larger than a positive terminal voltage of the same, the contact point 14 is switched by a relay coil 13 through a driver 12 and a weak air operation is carried out by the outdoor electric fan motor 8. |
