PURPOSE:To improve startability of an engine, by connecting an oil hydraulic booster pump between a hydraulic timer and engine oil pressure source and driving the booster pump only in a state of starting the engine. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic timer 1 is connected to an engine oil pressure source, for instance,oil hydraulic pump 6 of a lubricating device 5 through oil passages 20, 21, solenoid valve 2 and check valve 4, and the oil passage 20 is connected to a tank 7 in the device 5 through an oil passage 23 and solenoid valve 3, while a booster pump 8 is connected in parallel to the valve 4 and driven by a motor 9. Then a device 10, controlling the fuel injection timing control solenoid valves 2, 3 by inputting a rotary speed signal Vn and the like, is constituted such that a control signal Vc of the motor 9 is output only in an input state of a starting signal Vs of an engine. In this way, pressure of oil, supplied to the timer 1 at starting, can be boosted to pressure required for advance control. |
