PURPOSE:To obtain the foamed thermo-curing resin molding, which is suitable as furniture, etc. and has a homogeneous surface, with excellent working property by applying thermo-curing resin paints to the inner surface of a bottom force and injecting, curing and foaming foamed thermo-curing resin. CONSTITUTION:Resin paints, the principal ingredient thereof is thermo-curing resin, such as polyester resin, polyurethane resin, etc., are applied to the inner surface of a bottom force 1, and a homogeneous applied layer 2 is formed. Foamed thermo-curing resin such as foamed polyurethane resin is injected into the layer 2, and the resin is cured and foamed through mold clamping. Accordingly, the molding, which has heat insulating property and excellent mechanical strength as well as the homogeneous surface, can be obtained simply. |
