PURPOSE:To have an automatical judgement of the performance of a pump, which is so constructed as to discharge at a specific rate of flow regardless of the number of revolutions of the engine, by sensing continuously the actual rate of flow in discharging with respect to a chanrge of the number of revolutions or the discharge pressure in a minor scale. CONSTITUTION:The sensed pressure PN and rate of flow QN of a discharged fluid are put in memory by a Step 102. Then a additive value PL, a subtractive value QL, another additive value QM are obtained to give a command to the pressure setting circuit so that the load pressure will become PL. At a Step 104, actual prssure value Pi and rate of flow Qi sensed continuously are read in. Now the pressure value Pi is compared with the corresponding value in memory PN at a Step 105 to proceed to Step 104 or 106. At the Step 106, the pressure value Pi is compared with the additive value PL to proceed to Step 107 or 108. At Step 107, it is judged whether the value of the rate of flow Qi is larger than the additive value QM or smaller than the subtractive value QL, and if it is so the process shall go further to Step 107a to give an Abnormal signal. |
