CONSTITUTION:In the block manifold section 37, injection nozzles 36, 36 are fitted to fitting concave sections 20 shaped to the upper mold 11 of the cavity section 2 while being made correspond to cavities 1, and the injection ports 36a of noses are set up to the upper mold 11 by means of clamping bolts 45 while being faced to the cavities 1. The manifold section 37 is spatially insulated and held to the cavity section 2 heated by means of a heater 12 while being separated only by a predetermined distance W by means of a positioning pin 46 with the exception of injection port 36a sections of the noses of the injection nozzles 36, 36. A heat insulating material 47 made of asbestos, etc. is mounted on a mounting plate 31 and the upper surface of the manifold section 37 in order to heat-insulate an injection molding machine. |
