PURPOSE:To exactly arrange printing of each line by adjusting exactly both end positions of a printing head by a simplified method in which printing positions in normal and reverse directions are positioned according to the setting of the printing positions. CONSTITUTION:When a gate 24 is opened, a timing signal P is given as an output G2 to a print controller 25, and print data signal given separately to the circuit 25 is applied to a solenoid to drive each wire of the printing head 26. The gate 24 is controlled by the moving direction signal DS of the head 26, the signals DL and DR of left and right-handed sensors, and the output C of a counter 22. The gate 21 is opened by signals DS and DR, the signal P as an output G1 is given to the counter 22, and an output C is sent out to open the gate 24 at the counting time squal to set value by a switch 23 by means of the counter 22. Thus, on the basis of printing start position by the switch 23, the positioning of the normally and reversely directed printing positions of the head 26 is made possible. |
