PURPOSE:To manufacture the heat exchanger element with small connecting parts and with high productivity by a structure wherein a plurality of compartments are formed by providing partition parts, which are formed by tightly fixing an upper and a lower walls with each other in such a manner that a passage is left for heat transfer medium to flow into a compartment in the interior of a long size planar sack body. CONSTITUTION:The element consists of a long size planar sack body 4 provided with partition parts 5, which are formed by tightly fixing the upper and the lower walls with each other in such a manner as a form to plurality of compartments 6 within the sack body 4 and as well as to left the passages 7 for heat transfer medium to flow in and out of all the compartments 6 in succession. The partition parts 5, which extend perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the planar sack body 4, are provided along the longitudinal direction of the sack body 4 at equal intervals in succession and at the same time the passages 7 for heat transfer medium to flow in and out of a compartment are provided at the end part of each partition part 5 so that the end part for the passage 7 of one partition part 5 is opposite to the end part for passage 7 of adjacent partition part 5 alternately. Accordingly, no heat exchange elements with various sizes are necessary to make, while only one long size continuous element is enough to make, resulting in facilitating the manufacture and lowering the manufacturing cost. |
