<p>1-(4-Amino-phenyl)-2-iso propylamino-1-ethanol fumarate and aspartate are new cpds. 1-(amino-phenyl)-2-amino-1-ethanol derivs. of formula A-CHOH-CH2-NH-R (I) and their acid addn. salts are new. In (I) A is 3-amino-phenyl, 3-amino-4-chlorophenyl, 3-amino-4- methoxyphenyl, 4-amino-2-chlorophenyl or 4-amino-2-methoxyphenyl and R is isopropyl or tert-butyl.) Intermediates of formula A'-CHOH-CH2-NH-R (II) are new (where A' is 4-nitro-2-chlorophenyl, 3-nitro-4-chlorophenyl or 3-nitro-4-methoxyphenyl. Cpds. are CNS and cardiovascular active cpds., which are antidepressants, sedatives, hypo-reactive agents, peripheral vasodilators and hypotensives. (I) do not have hyper reactivity and excitation side effects.</p> |
