The outlet valve, which can preferably be attached to the lower end of a storage silo (1) for pourable or flowable material, contains an inlet funnel (5) above a valve housing (7) and a conical valve closure member (10), whose point faces the storage silo and which contains a sealing ring arranged to run round the base of the cone and interacting with a sealing zone (6) arranged at the lower end of the inlet funnel. In order to move the closure member to release an outlet gap (W) between the sealing ring and the sealing zone on the inlet funnel, a lever system is used which consists of an actuating lever arrangement (15, 23) and a guide lever arrangement (18, 25). To ensure precise axial guidance of the valve closure member relative to the valve housing, the two lever arrangements are arranged in two vertical directions of movement at right angles to each other. The use of lever members connected to each other in an articulated manner as movement elements permits a movement sequence which cannot be disrupted by penetration into the articulated connections of material which is to be loaded. <IMAGE>
