PURPOSE:To facilitate working and save labour by integrally forming an insulating frame part, an electrode part formed in said insulating frame part, and a manifold part installed on both sides of said insulating frame part. CONSTITUTION:An upper mold 24 and a lower mold 25 shown in the figure are made of aluminum and each is equipped with a mold part 26 which forms a manifold part etc. as described later. An insulation part 27 in the frame form made of Polyolefin plastic such as PE etc. and an electrode member 28 which is made of carbon plastic set on the whole surface of said insulation part 27 are arranged between the upper and the lower molds 24 and 25, and then the insulation part 27 and the electrode member 28 are fused and integrally molded by heating and pressurizing the upper and the lower molds 24 and 25, and an electrode unit in form of the integrally molded body of an insulation frame part 29, an electrode part 30 formed in said insulating frame part, and a manifold part 31 installed on both sides of said insulating frame part 29 can be obtained, as shown in the figure. |
