Aid for preparation of a ceramic tooth

A working plate with a plurality of receiving wells is used as an aid for preparation of a ceramic tooth. The individual receiving wells are intended for ceramic materials of different colours and are allocated to geometrically different dental zones which are to be imparted correspondingly different colour shades. An enlarged tooth or dental zone contour bounds the total well field or the corresponding wells. The essential advantage of this allocation of wells to specific dental zones resides in the fact that the prepared ceramic materials of different colours can be kept available without confusion even over a fairly long period. This is advantageous for subsequent application of ceramic material in specific areas after a burning operation or the like.
