Door frame comprising two posts (3) and a lintel (4), these parts consisting of channel-shaped profile strips (5, 7) which have their opening pointing outwards and adjoin one another by their bevelled ends. Means which are to be operated from the outside are provided at least in each post (3) in order to clamp the profile strips (5, 7) of said post on one edge of a wall. The lintel (4) is provided at each end with two hook fingers (11) which are fastened on the side walls (7) of its channel-shaped profile strip (5, 7), extend with a projecting part along the inside of the two side walls (7) of the post (3) and lie with their ends against the inside of the base (5) of the post (3), whereas said post (3) has a small L-shaped plate (12) of which one of the two legs is fastened on the inside of the base (5) of the profile strip of the relevant post (3) and the second limb lies between the abovementioned finger (11) against the inside of the base (5) of the lintel (4). <IMAGE>
