PURPOSE:To send steam generated within a steam-raising bath to a test bath after heated up to fixed temperature, by a method wherein a steam heating portion is provided in a coupling path between the steam-raising bath and the test bath. CONSTITUTION:A test bath 1 includes objects to the tested 3 therewithin. The atmospheric temperature within the bath 1 is raised up to fixed temperature by a constant temperature bath 4, at the same time steam is generated within a steam-raising bath 6 and is set to predetermined temperature. An exhaust valve 8 is opened to replace steam within the test bath through a steam heating portion 7. Then, the valve 8 is closed, and the test is started within the test bath under the fixed temperature and steam pressure. The temperature tester according to this structure has the advantages that the whole test bath is heated up to fixed temperature in a short period, the lower portion is not cooled, the temperature fluctuation is lessen, and the temperature distribution is uniform. |
