CONSTITUTION:The vibration response of a moving blade 0 of an axial rotary machine and the like through a pickup 2 is processed in a high speed Fourier transformation operation part 7 and the Fourier spectrum ensemble average operation part 8, and a Fourier transformation vibration response delta(omega) is stored in a memory part 9.
