PURPOSE:To decrease the possibility of producing errors with simple operation by providing means of recording intrinsic discriminating codes on storage type phosphors, inputting the data relating to pictures and transmitting the same in accordance with the discriminating codes. CONSTITUTION:When an object 210 is photographed on phosphor sheets 408, intrinsic discriminating codes are recorded on the magnetic recording medium labels 410 of the sheets 408 by a magnetic recording head 214, and these discriminating codes and the object data, photographing data and picture data inputted from a keyboard 220, a card reader 222 and a sensor 252 are combined at every one photographing in a discriminating information control part 224 and are transferred to an overall control system 300 where these are stored in a file storage part 318. An overall control part 316 processes the stored pictures in accordance with the discriminating codes on the labels 410 and forms the visible records of the pictures and the data on films 340. |
