PURPOSE:To prevent slipping off of an active material, and extend the life of a base plate owing to reduced deformation of said base plate, by providing a frame body with a fixed width between the upper and lower outer frames of the base plate in parallel to the said outer frames and a tapered strand toward the outer frames from the said frame body. CONSTITUTION:In the figure, 21 is the upper outer frame that is formed integrally with a plate lug 22 and 23 is the lower outer frame. 24 is a central frame body that is arranged parallel to the outer frames 21 and 23, almost in the middle of the said outer frames and is not worked. 26 and 27 are strands that are formed integrally with the central frame body 24 and the upper outer frame 21 or the central frame body 24 and the lower outer frame 23, respectively, and the outer diameter of the said strands is formed in a tapered shape toward the outer frames 21 and 23 from the central frame body 24. 25 and 28 are spaces enclosed by the strand 26 or 27. A plate is obtained by filling the said spaces with an active material. |
