PURPOSE:To improve the operability by lighting a light source automatically in a control circuit for the light source of an optical measuring machine which is not required to keep the light source lighted at all times. CONSTITUTION:When the operation of reading is completed, the end signal 100 of sensor reading outputted from a controller 6 resets a flip-flop 2 via an OR circuit 7 and an electric power source 3 for lamp puts out a light source 4 consisting of a lamp. Upon ending of the setting operation of the film lens 1 in an MTF inspection, a borrow output 104 is generated. The flip-flop 2 is set by this borrow output 104, and the light source 3 lights the lamp 4. When a start switch 5 is depressed upon ending of the focusing operation, the operation of 3 is started under the control of the controller 6 by the signal from the switch 5. |
