Dual-purpose burner for powdered coal or liquid fuels, such as heavy oil, or for the simultaneous use of both fuels, a mixture of powdered coal and steam or water being used, which is very finely distributed to achieve a high degree of combustion efficiency and to prevent air pollution. The burner consists of a main part in the form of a triple pipe and a worm conveyor arranged in the rear part of the main part.
