PURPOSE:An apparatus capable of separating a sheetlike material for fried bean curd into each sheet, feeding the sheet of the material automatically to a frying machine, and forming cuts crosswise in the sheet in the course of the feed. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus consisting of a shifting part for supporting many feed plates having a sheetlike material for fried bean curd in the vertical direction and feeding the feed plates downward, a belt conveyor 18 for transferring the feed plates reaching the bottom stage of the shifting part in the horizontal direction, a cutting device 22 for cutting the sheetlike material on the feed plates at a position above the end part of the belt coneyor 18 crosswise with longitudinal and lateral cutting blades to a constant size and a sucking device having sucking cups 7 for attracting small pieces of the diced material in the form of checkers reaching the sucking position by a negative pressure and transferring the attracted small pieces to the side of a frying machine while separating the small piece to give a space between the containers of the frying machine. The respective devices for the intermittent feed of the belt conveyor 18, transfer of the lateral cutting blades, suction abd release by the sucking cups 7 are synchronously driven. |
