PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature coaxial resonator having the stable temperature characteristics, by incorporating a capacitor containing an electrode into the upper and lower faces of a center conductor which is provided at the center of an outer conductor. CONSTITUTION:The lower edge of a center conductor 10 is set into a coupling hole 7 of an outer conductor 6 until a flange 8 of the conductor 10 abuts to the bottom surface of the conductor 6 and then calked or soldered to the conductor 6. A capacitor 15 is set into the conductor 10 by means of a center hole 11. The dielectric material 14 of the capacitor 15 has a negative temperature coefficient. The center of the holder 16 is electrically insulated from the conductor 10, and a through hole 17 is press-fixed or soldered to an upper face electrode 12. Therefore the capacity of the capacitor 15 reduces althrough the resonance frequency is lowered by the heat expansion. As a result, the resonace frequency has no change to the temperature change. |
