The invention relates to a handle for sanitary equipment, in particular for the disabled, having at least one handle part of ergonomically favourable construction, having a curved part and having an attachment part. The underlying object of the invention is to provide a handle of the generic type mentioned at the beginning which, on the one hand, guarantees flexible assembly and adaptability to unevenness at the location with cost-effective manufacture and which, on the other hand, ensures a wide range of application (e.g. right and left fittings, inner and outer corners) with few handle types. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the curved part (4, 5, 6) and the adjacent handle part (2, 3) are coupled to one another so as to be pivotally movable, but otherwise relatively immobile relative to one another, by means of a coupling piece (11, 20), projecting into the adjacent inside spaces (22, 23), with set-back portions (21) which extend radially on the outer circumference of said coupling piece relative to the longitudinal axis (33, 34) of the parts (2 to 6) and in which projections (28, 29), moulded into the inside space (22, 23) of the two parts (2 to 6), engage positively and non-positively. The main possibilities of use of the handle characterised above are limited to sanitary equipment. <IMAGE>
