<p>Device for braking and unlocking the wheels of a carriage of known type comprising, in a support plate (1) in which the wheels (2) are fixed, a pedal-actuated rod (4) controlling brake pads on the wheels. According to the invention, there is provided at the centre of the support plate (1) a casing assembly (6) intended to coordinate the successive movements of two pedals (7, 9) and (14) which serve, by bearing in the same direction from top to bottom, for the braking and then the releasing of the wheels. Application to the production of wheeled carriages which can be used, in particular, in vehicles for transporting people, such as railway trains and aeroplanes. <IMAGE></p> |
