PURPOSE:To press in a part in perfect push fit state by connecting supporting rods of a base stand corresponding to plural holes of an object to be pressed-in and a punch in the upper part of the stand with a fluid circuit to allow free vertical expansion and contraction, and thereby uniforming pressing force. CONSTITUTION:Plural holes 3 pierced in an object 1 to be pressed in are placed correspondingly on supporting rods 8 of a base stand 7. Then, a part 4 is inserted into an axial hole 2 of the object 1, and a part 5 is inserted into a pressin hole temporarily. A press ram 10 is lowered to specified position and parts 4, 5 are pressed simultaneously by respective punch member 11. At this time, if there are errors in working accuracy of axial hole 2 and press-in hole 3 or scattering in height of assembling of pressed-in parts 4, 5, supporting rods 8 and punch member 11 connected by fluid circuit circuits 9, 12 expand or contract freely due to non-compressibility of the fluid and absorb errors and scattering. Thus, the parts 4, 5 are pressed in by uniform pressing force. |
