<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and securely hot-weld net bodies, by arranging a plurality of net bodies while shifting their hot-welted positions to hot weld only inner and outer bodies lapping together, separating unwelded parts from each other to constitute approximately honeycomb structure. CONSTITUTION:A raw reticulated net 7 made of synthetic resin is supplied from a raw net roll 8, cut into a piece having fixed length on a carrying stand 9 by using a cutting means 10 and then mounted as the second net body 3 having the fixed length on the first net body 2 having the fixed length on a base plate 1. After a heater 5 is brought into contact with the second net body 3 to hot- weld it by elongating a vertically moving cylinder 13, the third net body 6 having the fixed length is lapped at a position shifted by a half of pitch and linearly hot-welded only to the second net body 3. In this way, a plurality of net bodies are laminated, and each of the unwelded inner and outer parts of the laminate 11 lapping together is separated from each other to obtain a packing material A formed into honeycomb structure as a whole.</p> |
