PURPOSE:To automatically supplement media, by providing a vibration detector member in a barrel tank, outputting a low position signal from a detector device for the media not to reach the detector member and interposing the detector device in said vibration detector member. CONSTITUTION:A detecting end part 44 of a detector member 36 is positioned to a surface of media 30 in a suitable amount in a barrel tank 16, and the detector member 36 is fixed to a fixing member 48, then a compensation member 38, compensating vibration of this fixing member 48, is provided to the fixing member 48. In this constitution, if the media 30 are consumed, a quantity of the media 30, colliding against the detecting end part 44, is decreased to reduce vibration of the detecting end part 44. In consequence, a level of a vibration signal SV1 is approximated to a level of a vibration signal SV2, if a difference between the levels is decreased less than a prescribed value, a low position signal SW is output from a comparator arithmetic circuit 54 to a medium quantity display device 72 and medium supplier device 74. |
