PURPOSE:To obtain a structure plate having highly reliable strength by laminating a side plate that covers a ribbed heat solder layer with a honeycomb core material in sandwichlike form, sealing up and evacuating this, and then heating. CONSTITUTION:A honeycomb sandwich structure plate 1 is formed as a clad plate with a side plate 2 and a heat solder layer 3. Ribs are formed in the heat solder layer 3 and a space b is provided between the honeycomb core material to ensure good ventilation and heat melting. Surrounding of the honeycomb sandwich structure plate is kept airtight with an airtight pressing fitting 6, and a suction pipe 10 is attached to the end pressing fitting 6 through a suction pipe seat 9. The structure plate 1 is put in a heating furnace while keeping the inside in vacuum state by suction. The ribbed heat solder layer 3 is molten, and the honeycomb core material 5 and side plate 2 are pulled out from the heating furnace keeping them in contact. The ribbed 4 heat solder layer 3 is cooled, and a honeycomb sandwich structure plate 1 is obtained. |
