PURPOSE:To simplify the number of operations following engine start by combining a keyless entry system with a keyless ignition system. CONSTITUTION:The output signal coming from a keyboard 1 is stored temporarily in a register that is provided in a comparator unit 2 and the collation between this input code and the code of memory 3 in which a number specified by an owner is pre-stored is performed in the comparator unit 2. If both codes are matched as the result of said collation, the comparator unit 2 outputs a control signal SC and releases a door unlock solenoid 4, thereby a door being ready for opening. An AND circuit 10 issues an output signal only when both signal SA coming from an AND circuit 6 and the signal from an inverter 12 are logic level ''1'' and drives an ignition switch unlock solenoid 14 through an OR circuit 13.
