PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of jitter, by storing a picture signal and transmitting the signal after a prescribed time is elapsed, while the rotation of a motor of a rotary drum at the reception side started through the sensing of the reception of the picture signal is made stable. CONSTITUTION:A phase locking signal TD at the transmission side is applied to a rise detection circuit 5 via a gate circuit 24 and the rise of the TD is detected and applied to an LOAD terminal of a counter 9 through a gate circuit 25. Another input of the gate circuit 25 is a CAO output of the counter 9, and when a rotary drum is rotated with an input selection signal MT and elapsed for a prescribed period, the CAO output is led to the LOAD terminal. While the rotation of the reception side drum is made stable, the transmission side phase signal TD is written in a storage circuit 6 and after the set time is elapsed, the signal in the storage circuit 6 is read out with the input selection signal MT and used as a recording start signal. |
