PURPOSE:To form a crystal oscillator in which the top temperature can be variable accurately even with a constant amount of solder connecting the supporting wires and of a cut azimuth, by attaching an adhesive substance on the node line of the oscillation of an X-cut oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A longitudinal oscillation mode in a longitudinal direction is used, gold is vapor-deposited on both surfaces of a rectangular crystal plate (X-cut crystal plate) where the ratio of sides is 0.1-0.2 and the cut angle is within a range of 0-5 deg., as electrodes, and one end of supporting wires 4, 4' is soldered with supporting points 5, 5' at the center point of the front and rear electrode surface for electric connection and mechanical support. On the node line shown in dotted lines of an X-cut oscillator, an adhesive substance 6 such as conductive adhesive less in change in the lapse of time by mixing silver or gold to an epoxy resin is attached to change the top temperature. |
