Novel water-based aerosol formulations which consist of 0.01-6% by weight of at least one insecticidally and/or acaricidally active substance from the class of the carbamates, pyrethroids, acetic ester derivatives and/or phosphoric ester derivatives, 0.1-2% by weight of at least one emulsifier, 5-40% by weight of at least one organic solvent, 20-70% by weight of water, 10-50% by weight of a propellant and optionally 0.1-6% by weight of additives, the total of the components in each case being 100% by weight. The formulations according to the invention can be produced by mixing active substance(s), emulsifier, organic solvents and, if appropriate, additives, treating the mixture with water, and adding propellants in a spray can. The aerosol formulations according to the invention can be used in the domestic field, the hygiene field, in agriculture and in horticulture. |
