NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R1 an R2 are lower alkyl; R3 and R4 are H, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy or CF3) and an acid addi tion salt thereof. EXAMPLE:N-[4,5-Dimethoxy-2-( 4-methylphenyl )aminocarbonylphenyl]-4-methyl- piperazineacetamide.hydrocyloride. USE:A drug. A remedy for urination disorder such as pollakisuria, feeling of residual urine, etc. A dose is 10-1,000mg calculated as active ingredient/adult/day. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula IV is reduced with a reducing agent to give a compound shown by formula V, which is reacted with a com pound shown by formula VI (X is halogen) to give a halogenoacetamide deriva tive shown by formula II of novel compound, which is reacted with an N- alkylpiperazine shown by formula III in a solvent such as N,N- dimethylformamide, etc., at room temperature - under reflux of the solvent under heating to give a compound shown by formula I. |
