PURPOSE:To shorten a molding cycle by punching and pressing the place where the recessed section of a felt is formed, using a needle punch. CONSTITUTION:A sound insulation mat 11 is trim-cut depending on the shape of a floor surface and is formed into the shape of a curved surface by press molding. Then a felt 12 is trim-cut in the shape of the floor surface in the same way. A recessed section 12a is formed on the rear of the felt the punching and pressing molding through needle punching process. The surface of the felt 12 on which the recessed section 12a is formed is subjected to spot application of an adhesive agent by the flow coating method. The said molded sound insulation mat 11 and the felt 12 are laminated and are set in the press molding type and then are press-molded. |
