The windmill is a vertical device having a rotary shaft carrying blades with many meshes and one-way valves. These meshes will be closed when the blade is facing to the wind and the blade will be rotated by wind power to compress the air. The meshes are opened as the wind blows opposite to the blades and the air resistance will be reduced. Wind guide walls 17 are erected around the wind wheel and contain several air vessels 18 where the compressed air is stored and supplied to an air turbine to produce electric power when the wind blows weakly. <IMAGE> |
