PURPOSE:To prevent damage on pellet or lead wire and realize efficient clamping by fitting the same washer both to the mounting hole and bolt inserting hole of the heat sink. CONSTITUTION:An engaging groove 9 is formed in both sides of the heat sink 1 projected from a resin package 4 and a projected passage 11 of a rigit metal washer 10 is engaged therewith. A transistor 13 is put on a heat radiator 14, a hole 3 and a hole 14 are aligned and they are fixed by a bolt 16. At this time, a tightening force is mainly applied on the washer 10. Therefore, the heat sink 1 is not deformed, the pellet 2 and lead wire are not broken and the washer engages with the heat sink through the projected passage and groove. Accordingly, it does not rotate at the time of tightening and the package 4 is not broken. This structure contributes to improvement in efficiency of mounting work. |
