摘要 In a concentric gripping device a closed loop 1 is provided moved by a sliding block 8. Both the closed loop and the sliding block are guided by a group of pulleys 2-7. Two fingers 9, 10 are connected with the closed loop at each side of the sliding block. The sliding block itself can act as the third finger. That the movements occurring in three fingers are equal to one another is ensured by the arrangement of the pulleys. The device is particularly intended concentrically to grip, locate or place cylindrical shaped components of different diameters, either in static or in rotating conditions. <IMAGE>
