PURPOSE:To perform powerful bonding of a board material even in outdoors by using such a board material vacuum pressure-bonding device which is composed of a vacuum container cover of which entire circumference is equipped with elastic material containing magnets and an airtight bag of which one surface is fixed to the internal surface of the cover while the other surface has an airtight bag for holding the board. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 7 is applied to a surface to be bonded 1, and a board material 5 to which an adhesive 6 is applied is temporarily fixed to a flexible bag 4 by means of claws 8. A vacuum container cover 2, a flexible bellows 3 and a magnet containing elastic material 17 are integrally attracted and fixed to the surface to be bonded 1 by means of the magnet containing elastic material 17. Next, the interior of the vacuum container cover 2 and that of the flexible bag 4 are vacuumized by extracting air from a connecting hole 16. After that, air is made to flow into the flexible bag 4 through an air hole 15 and the board material 5 is strongly pressed to the surface to be bonded 1. By this arrangement, it is possible to easily perform powerful bonding work even in outdoors. |
