PURPOSE:To reduce the installation cost and the energy consumption of an agitator by utilizing the engine exhaust gas for the heating and the agitation of a compound of a coal powder and an oil stored in a tank. CONSTITUTION:A compound of coal powder and an oil is stored in a tank 1, and when opening a valve 11 while closing a valve 12 the engine exhaust gas mainly composed of N2, CO2, etc. of approximately 150 deg.C sucked by a blower 9 from above an exhaust tube 4 is fed through an exhaust gas suction tube 5 to a scrubber 6 where it is devulcanized and desalted to remove the water from the exhaust gas by means of a dehumidifier. In said process the temperature of the exhaust gas will drop but it is heated when passing through a heating coil 8 and exhausted through a nozzle 2 to the compound. Since the compound is heated and agitated, the sedimentation of the coal powder is prevented. |
