PURPOSE:To surely display a winter grain simultaneously adhesively attach paraffine to a surface, by arranging brush rollers, working the surface of a plate material, and paraffine roller, applying the paraffine to the worked surface, to the transfer direction of the plate material. CONSTITUTION:Scratch work is applied to a surface of a decorative plate material 1 by wire brushes 9-11, fixed to peripheral surfaces of rollers 6-8, and a summer grain part is cut off while a winter grain part rises to the surface of the material. Then said plate material 1 is transferred to a part of a paraffine roller 18, under a condition always contacted to a buff roller 19, the buff roller 19 is rotated, and paraffine is adhesively attached to the surface of the plate material 1 by the buff roller 19. Further the plate material 1 is smoothly finished by a finishing roller 21 and brush finishing roller 23. |
