PURPOSE:To strengthen adhesive force of a packing material, and to exactly fix and hold an assembly body, by forming a rough surface part on the inside surface except a slide-contacting part against a metallic mold of a case, by use of a marking punch. CONSTITUTION:From a reel stand 5, a metallic plate base material 1a is supplied, and in the following process, a notch 1b for deciding a pitch is formed on both edges of the base material 1a, and also in the almost central position of the base material 1a, a rough surface part 6 is formed at equal intervals by a marking punch 8 of a press machine 7. In the following process, a prescribed shielding case 1 is manufactured by executing reduce-working by a press machine 9 by making the notch 1b for deciding a pitch a reference. When an assembly body is stored in the shielding case 1 and it is filled with a filling material 4 such as synthetic resin, an adhesive agent, etc., the packing material gnaws at the rough surface part, adhesive force is strengthened, and the assembly body is fixed and held exactly. |
