PURPOSE:To fix minute decorative parts strongly and beautifully, by fixing decorative parts onto a base protecting film of display parts for clock by hot pressure-fixing. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin 3 for hot pressure-fixing is coated on a plate face 2 of a base 1. A proper thickness of this synthetic resin 3 for hot pressure- fixing is 3-20mum. In this case, the adhesive strength is reduced if the thickness is smaller than this value; and the thermally melted resin is squeezed out to the side of characters and indexes to damage the beautifulness if the thickness is larger than this value. A character or index 4 is positioned by a guide plate. A temperature of 70-200 deg.C and a weight of 0.1-300kg/cm<2> are applied to a metallic hot pressure-fixing terminal by a heater and a sensor. |
