PURPOSE:To enlarge the adsorption face at the time of combining with an antibody and to heighten the sensitivity, by incorporating a specified quantity of a polyolefin resin or polystyrene resin into an insoluble carrier combining with an antigen or antibody which is combined specifically with a substance to be measured. CONSTITUTION:>=50% polyethylene resin or polystyrene resin is incorporated into an insoluble carrier combining with an antigen or antibody which is specifically combined with a substance to be measured. Also, the specific gravity of this carrier is >=1.01 and the surface of the carrier is roughened and then, its surface area is 5-2,000 times in comparison with that existing before roughening. The surface of this carrier is roughened by forming said resin in an optional shape and stirring in a ball mill adding an abrasive composite lubricant. |
