PURPOSE:To enable a good load follow-up control which is adaptive to the fluctuation of the static characteristics of a thermal power plant, by obtaining the plant static characteristics by means of a result of identification between the parameter of the dynamic characteristics and the fluctuation in the lapse of time at a balanced point. CONSTITUTION:The adaptive control system comprises a plant static characteristics identifying device 100 which identifies the static characteristics of a thermal power plant by means of a result of identification and thermal power plant controllers 101-119 which control the thermal power plant based on the identified plant static characteristics. Then the plant characteristics are divided into the characteristics of an average point and the dynamic characteristics near the average point. The fluctuation in the lapse of time as well as the parameter of the characteristics are identified from the data on observation of both state variable and operation variable of the plant. Then the plant static characteristics are obtained from a result of identification between the parameter of the static characteristics and the fluctuation in the lapse of time at a balanced point. |
