PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation of the relative position of a mirror due to the variation of temperature, by constituting one of plural fixing members, which press the surface of the mirror to support the mirror, with materials having a high coefficient of friction and constituting other fixing members with elastic materials having a low coefficient of friction. CONSTITUTION:A mirror 4 is fixed and held by three mirror fixing members 6a, 6b, and 6b which are fixed to a mirror supporting member 5. The fixing member 6a presses the surface of the mirror 4, which is so placed that the rear face is brought into contact with a reference projecting part 10 of the mirror supporting member 5, with the lower face of a rubber member 8, and the vertical side of an angle member is fixed to the side face of the supporting member 5 by a screw 12, thus fixing the mirror 4. Other fixing members 6b are fixed to the supporting member 5 by screws 12 so that the mirror 4 is pressed to the reference projecting part 10 by projecting parts 11 of angle-shaped stainless leaf springs. Since the friction between the rubber member 8 and the mirror 4 is large, the deviation of the relative position of the mirror 4 due to the variation of temperature is prevented. |
