PURPOSE:To control assignment of resources in accordance with the absolute quantity of resources by allowing the absolute quantity of usable resources, which is dynamically changed, to reflect in the resource assignment control and designating the quantity of resources assigned to each task group in accordance with the absolute quantity of resources and processing priority levels of task groups. CONSTITUTION:A resource assigning means 1 assigns resources to respective task groups based on resource assignment information of a resource assignment table 2 where information of resource assignment to respective task groups is set, and a resource quantity variance detecting means 3 monitors the quantity of usable resources to detect the variance of this quantity. When the variance of the quantity of usable resources is detected by the resource quantity variance detecting means 3, a resource assignment table updating means 5 refers to a resource assignment table 4 for each resource quantity, where information of resource assignment to respective task groups is set for each of forecasted values of the quantity of resources, to update resource assignment information of the resource assignment table 2 to resource assignment information corresponding to the quantity of resources after the variance. A setting means 6 of the resource assignment table for each resource quantity sets resource assignment information of the resource assignment table 4 for each resource quantity. |
