<p>PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a maximum efficiency of wind turbines, by providing a wheel which is turned, in response to the direction of a wind, around the central fulcrum point of a generator connected to bearings of the wind turbines. CONSTITUTION:When wind blows in the direction of an arrow A shown in the drawing, the wind is received by wind turbines 1 and 2 at a maximum efficiency since the line connecting the turning shaft of the wind turbine 1 and that of the wind turbine 2 is perpendicular to the direction of wind. However, when the wind direction is changed from A to B, imbalance is caused between the wind pressure acting on the wind turbine 1 and that acting on the wind turbine 2, so that a frame 4 is turnd in the direction shown by an arrow B' to a position where the wind pressures acting on the two wind turbines 1 and 2 are balanced. Since, by employing such an arrangement, the wind turbines can receive wind always perpendicularly to the wind direction, it is enabled to turn the wind turbines at a position capable of obtaining a maximum efficiency.</p> |
