WORKING PLATFORM MOVING ON CURVED FACE

PURPOSE:To automatically keep a working platform horizontal all the time by a method in which the inclined angle of the working platform is detected by an inclinometer provided to the working platform vertically moving along a curved face and the working platform supporter is moved extentionally or contractionally so as to keep the working platform horizontal all the time. CONSTITUTION:A guider 3 having plural guide rails 1 and racks 2 arranged at an interval in left and right directions is extentionally provided in the vertical direction of a side 5 with a curved face. A vertically movable truck 8 having a vertical driver 7 to drive a pinion 6 engaged with a guide roller 9 and the rack 2 is made up of an upper truck 8A and a lower truck 8B connected in a bendable manner by an intermediate support axis 9, and the working platform 10 is pivotally supported on the upside of the upper truck 8A. The inclined angle of the platform 10 is detected by the inclinometer 12 provided to the platform 10 and an expandible supporter 14 is extended or shrunk by means of a controller 29 so as to keep the working platform 10 horizontal all the time.
