PURPOSE:To obtain the light and highly accurate jig, by holding a ruler rod which is bent in the same shape as the intended bent shape, and fixing receiving members to several parts on both sides of the ruler rod so that the one side of each receiving member is slightly protruded. CONSTITUTION:The ruler rod 10, which is bent in the same shape as a bent pipe to be checked, is prepared by linking a tridimensional measuring device and an NC bender. A rectangular supporting plate 11 is fixed to an approximately central lower part of said ruler rod 10. The receiving members 12, 12... each comprising two plates which face each other are fixed to the several required parts of the ruler rod 10 in parallel so as to hold the ruler rod 10. A chain 13 is attached to the receiving member 12 at one end. A supporting rod 15 is extended upward from the center of a disk shaped table plate 14 of a separate supporting stand C. A supporting frame 16 is attached to the top end of the supporting rod 15. A ? shaped groove 17 is provided in the supporting frame 16 so that it faces upward. The width of the groove 17 is specified so that the supporting plate 11, to which the ruler rod 10 is attached, can be inserted just right. |
